Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, 10am–3pm EST, excluding holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Exchanges

We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.

  • Exchanges: Unworn, undamaged pieces may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

  • Final Sale: Customized, bespoke, and resized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Jewelry Care


Please treat your jewelry with care. Tippy Stern pieces are designed to be worn and loved for years, but they are still fine jewelry. Keep it dry, put it on after lotions and perfume, and store it flat.
