Jewelry Care
Please treat your jewelry with care. Tippy Stern pieces are designed to be worn and loved for years, but they are still fine jewelry.

  • Remove jewelry before heavy lifting, sports, or rigorous activity.

  • Store pieces separately in their original pouch or box to avoid scratching.

  • Keep jewelry away from bleach, harsh chemicals, perfumes, and ultrasonic cleaners.

Exchanges
We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase.

  • Exchanges: Unworn, undamaged pieces may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

  • Final Sale: Customized, bespoke, and resized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Tippy Stern accepts all major credit cards as well as secure digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping (Domestic)

We offer complimentary insured shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed Monday through Friday, 10am–3pm EST, excluding holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All illustrations, drawings, and painted elements used on this website, in packaging, and in printed materials are original artwork created by Tippy Stern. These artworks are part of the visual identity of the brand and are protected accordingly.

We work only with suppliers who share our commitment to quality and responsible practices. Every finished piece is inspected before leaving the studio to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship.
